We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Manager Talent Acquisition in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, with a strong background in these areas.

Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and skills.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.




- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the recruitment process.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and technologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Experience with recruitment software and tools, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media platforms.
