Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for multiple roles across functions.

- Lead and mentor a team of 1-2 recruiters, ensuring productivity and quality hiring.

- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.

- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using multiple channels.

- Ensure timely and quality closures while maintaining a strong candidate experience.

Key Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition (IT and/or Non-IT hiring).

- Proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment successfully.

- Prior experience in team handling or mentoring recruiters.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
