Looking for a skilled IT professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager-IT in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and implement IT infrastructure and systems architecture strategies.
- Map relationships between IT platform/infrastructure components.
- Identify key technology interactions and dependencies across systems/platforms.
- Evaluate total cost of ownership and return on investment of various IT platform/infrastructure alternatives.
- Coordinate daily operations and oversee the implementation of short to medium term activities within the team.
- Deliver input to policies, processes, and standards, where decisions are tactical and operational within a defined scope.

Job Requirements





- Advanced knowledge and experience in IT infrastructure and systems architecture.
- Ability to participate in or lead the development of recent solutions/projects.
- Experience in supervising and coordinating lower-level specialists.
- Strong understanding of technology end-users, IT systems software & hardware, and info-communications transmission networks.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with mixed teams of specialists and support roles, with full employee lifecycle responsibility.
