About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce CPQ Architect to lead the design, configuration, and deployment of advanced CPQ solutions for our private equity-backed clients. In this role, you will translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce CPQ architectures, working closely with stakeholders, solution engineers, and cross-functional teams to optimize quoting workflows and revenue operations.

Youll be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick), integrating automation tools and best practices, and guiding clients through adoption and enablement.

What You’ll Do

- Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick) solutions that align with client business goals
- Gather and analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable, high-performing CPQ configurations
- Configure Salesforce CPQ features, including Product Rules, Price Rules, QCP, and Flows to streamline sales operations
- Ensure architectural alignment with Salesforce best practices for performance, maintainability, and security
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the implementation lifecycle, including post-deployment support
- Drive internal and client training initiatives to maximize adoption of CPQ features
- Maintain clear, concise documentation for architecture, configuration, and process flows
- Stay current with Salesforce CPQ releases and related tools (e.g., DocuSign, Conga) to drive continuous innovation





Who You Are

We’re looking for high-caliber professionals who meet the following criteria:

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick) and Sales Cloud
- Proven track record of successful CPQ solution design, configuration, and implementation
- Proficiency with Salesforce automation tools including Flows, Approval Processes, and declarative development
- Salesforce CPQ Specialist, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Revenue Cloud accreditation (preferred)
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with tools like DocuSign and Conga (nice to have)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a collaborative, client-first mindset
- Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced setting
