Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and implement comprehensive process training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and develop targeted solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality training content.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
