We have job opening in Quality department Engineer to Deputy Manager.

Exp : 3- 15yrs.

Qualification : B.Tech (Electronics)

Candidate must be from Electronics Manufacturing.

Have good knowledge of APQP, PPAP and Quality Tools.

1. Act as the primary contact for all customer quality issues and resolution activities.

2. Develop and implement strategies for quality improvement and customer satisfaction

3. Analyse customer complaints, identify root causes, and drive corrective and preventive actions.

4. Maintain and report customer quality metrics (PPM, 8D reports, etc.).

5. Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and supplier quality teams to improve overall product quality.

6. Support customer audits and ensure alignment with customer specifications and standards.

7. Prepare and present periodic quality reviews and management review meetings (MRMs),



providing explicit reporting to executive leadership on progress, challenges, and new opportunities

8. Statistical Oversight: Monitor process capability using SPC (Statistical Process Control) to identify trends and prevent non-conformities before they happen.

9. Continuous Improvement: Lead Kaizen events and Six Sigma projects to reduce waste and variability.

10. Audit Management: Conduct regular internal process audits to ensure adherence to ISO 9001/IATF 16949 or relevant industry standards.
