Role SummaryWe are seeking a visionary and hands-on Manager of Data Science & Generative AI to lead the development, scaling, and deployment of intelligent automation and advanced predictive systems. In this dual-impact role, you will lead a high-performing team of data scientists and machine learning (ML) engineers. You will bridge the gap between traditional machine learning (predictive modeling, forecasting, NLP) and cutting-edge Gen AI applications (Large Language Models,



Retrieval-Augmented Generation, and Agentic AI workflows) to solve complex enterprise problems

Required Technical SkillsCore Data Science & Traditional ML

- Languages: Elite proficiency in Python (SQL is required; R/Scala is a plus).
- Machine Learning: In-depth knowledge of standard frameworks like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Statistical Foundations: Solid grounding in experimental design, predictive modeling, forecasting, and advanced NLP (sentiment analysis, named entity recognition).
