10+ years in software engineering with strong hands-on experience across full stack development and modern AI-enabled systems.

Role Overview: We are looking for a Senior Technical Lead who can own complex systems end-to-end. The role requires deep engineering expertise across backend, frontend, cloud infrastructure, and modern AI technologies. The candidate is expected to lead architecture decisions, guide teams, and build scalable platforms that integrate AI capabilities into real products. This role requires someone who can design, build, mentor engineers, and drive execution across the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership

Own end-to-end architecture and technical direction of large-scale products.

Lead system design for scalable, secure, and high-performance platforms.

Review code, enforce engineering standards, and drive engineering excellence.

Team Leadership & Mentorship

Lead a team of junior and mid-level engineers in day-to-day development activities.

Build high performing teams and own their tech growth.

Break down complex features into implementable tasks and guide the team through execution.

Conduct design discussions, code reviews, and technical mentoring.

Support engineers in debugging complex issues and production incidents.

Ensure delivery timelines are met while maintaining code quality.

Full Stack Engineering

Design and develop robust backend systems (APIs, microservices, distributed systems).

Build scalable and responsive frontend applications.

Ensure performance, reliability, and maintainability across the stack.

AI Integration





Design and implement AI-driven capabilities using modern LLM and ML frameworks.

Integrate AI services into production systems such as automation, analytics, and intelligent workflows. Evaluate and adopt emerging AI technologies where relevant.

Architecture & Scalability

Design distributed systems across cloud environments.

Drive improvements in system performance, observability, and resilience.

Work on large-scale, high available systems with DR capabilities..

Required Skills:

Core Engineering

Solid programming experience over Java. (M)

Exposure to different stacks like Python, node, c, C++ (G)

Modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue or equivalent).(M)

REST APIs, microservices architecture, distributed systems. (M)

Understanding over BPMN workflows and state machines is an added advantage. (G)
