Key Responsibilities

Source & headhunt talent through LinkedIn, Naukri & other job portals

Manage end-to-end recruitment for B2C & Corporate hiring

Collaborate with hiring managers to close positions within TAT

Negotiate offers and ensure smooth candidate conversion

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline





Take complete ownership of hiring from sourcing to joining

We're Looking For

Strong sourcing & Boolean search skills

Excellent communication, stakeholder management & negotiation skills

High ownership and execution mindset
