About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to transform raw data into meaningful insights that support business decision-making. The ideal candidate should be proficient in data analysis, reporting, dashboard creation, and data visualization, with solid technical expertise in SQL, Python, Advanced Excel, and BI tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights.
- Write complex SQL queries to extract, clean, and manipulate data from multiple sources.
- Develop and automate interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (Power BI/Tableau/Looker Studio).
- Perform data validation, quality checks, and ensure data accuracy.
- Create reports, KPIs, and performance metrics to support business functions.
- Use Python for data analysis, automation, and statistical reporting.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders through clear visualizations and reports.
- Continuously improve reporting processes and identify opportunities for automation.

Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and data manipulation.
- Hands-on experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib/Seaborn or similar libraries).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Advanced Formulas, Dashboards).
- Experience building interactive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Understanding of data visualization best practices and business reporting.
