Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with Global COE Lead to design and implement the FP&A; CoE operating model, including scope, service catalogue, SLAs, KPIs, governance, and charters.
- Drive standardization, simplification, automation, and process optimization across planning, forecasting, and reporting.
- Act as a trusted partner to Group FP&A;, Unit CFOs, and senior executives
- Build, manage, and develop a high performing global CoE team,
- Mentor and cultivate a robust FP&A; talent pipeline with deep analytical and technical skillsets

Required Skills & Competencies

- Deep FP&A; expertise with mastery of financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, modelling, and performance management.




- Strong understanding of process optimization, operational excellence, and global finance transformation.
- Advanced analytics and financial modelling capabilities; ability to build insightful, decision driving analysis.

- Collaborative, inclusive leadership style that fosters high engagement.
- CA/MBA Finance with more than 8 years of relevant FP&A; experience
