- Process loan applications for Education Institution Loans from login to disbursement while ensuring adherence to internal policies
- Verify customer and institutional documents for completeness, accuracy, and regulatory compliance
- Conduct preliminary scrutiny of loan proposals and coordinate with the Credit team for appraisal requirements
- Ensure timely data entry, application tracking, and status updates in the Loan Management System (LMS)
- Prepare sanction, agreement, and disbursement-related documentation as per approved processes
- Perform pre-disbursement checks and ensure all conditions precedent are fulfilled before disbursement
- Prepare MIS reports and provide updates on pipeline, pending cases, and disbursement status
