; Job Responsibilities:
; Develop grading designs, utility designs (Plan & Pro, and lot grading plans for land development projects.
; Create and manage Corridor modeling using Civil 3D.
; Prepare comprehensive civil plan sets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with U.S. standards.
; Collaborate with engineers and project managers to support project deliverables.
; Ensure designs meet local, state, and federal regulations. Conduct quality control checks to maintain design accuracy and efficiency.
; Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
; Experience with Hydraflow, HydroCAD,
and HEC-RAS for stormwater and drainage analysis.
; Understanding of hydrology and hydraulic modeling.
; Prior experience working with multi-disciplinary teams.
; Qualifications:
; Bachelors or Masters degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
; 4+ years of experience in civil design(Land Development domain).
