Job Title: CNC Setter Cum Operator - VMC, HMC & CNC Turning (3-Axis, 4-Axis & 5-Axis)

Experience: 2- 8 Years
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / BE (Mechanical)

Job Responsibilities:

- Operate, set up, and monitor CNC VMC, HMC, and CNC Turning machines.
- Experience in 3-Axis, 4-Axis, and 5-Axis machining operations.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, process sheets, and GD&T.;
- Perform machine setup, tool setting, offset correction, and basic program editing (G & M Codes).
- Conduct first-off and in-process inspection using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, and other measuring instruments.
- Ensure component quality, dimensional accuracy, and cycle time optimization.
- Troubleshoot basic machining issues and support continuous production.
- Follow safety standards, 5S, TPM,



and quality procedures.

Required Skills:

- Hands-on experience with CNC controls such as FANUC, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Mazak,Haas, or Heidenhain.
- Knowledge of tooling, cutting parameters, fixtures, and work holding.
- Ability to inspect components and maintain production quality.
- Positive problem-solving skills and willingness to work in rotational shifts.
