Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with a solid background in Construction and Real Estate recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of technical, engineering, project management, and corporate positions. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of construction roles, hiring channels, and the ability to identify quality talent within strict timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, consultants, and internal databases.
- Recruit professionals for positions such as:

- Project Manager
- Construction Manager
- Civil Engineer
- Planning Engineer
- Billing Engineer
- QS Engineer
- QA/QC Engineer
- Site Engineer
- Safety Officer
- Electrical Engineer
- Mechanical Engineer
- MEP Engineer
- Purchase Engineer
- Store Executive
- Architect
- BIM Modeler
- Surveyor
- Foreman
- Site Supervisors
- Planning Head
- Electrical Head
- Mechanical Head
- Plumbing Head

- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic and preliminary interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and senior management.
- Evaluate candidates based on technical skills, project experience, salary expectations, and notice period.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Prepare offer letters and coordinate onboarding documentation.
- Ensure timely closure of positions as per hiring targets.
- Build a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.




- Maintain relationships with recruitment consultants and job portals.
- Generate weekly and monthly recruitment MIS reports.
- Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives whenever required.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of construction and real estate recruitment.
- Understanding of technical construction positions and organizational hierarchy.
- Excellent sourcing and headhunting skills.
- Experience using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other hiring platforms.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and recruitment MIS reporting.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.

Educational Qualification

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Hands-on experience in hiring construction technical professionals.
- Strong network within the construction and real estate industry.
- Ability to understand engineering and project requirements.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods will be preferred.
