Role & responsibilities

- Deliver classroom and practical training on Solar PV installation as per the Suryamitra curriculum.
- Conduct hands-on sessions on installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of Solar PV systems.
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, assessments, and practical demonstrations.
- Evaluate trainee performance and provide coaching and mentoring.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry best practices during training.
- Maintain trainee attendance, assessment records, and training reports.
- Coordinate with project and academic teams for smooth training delivery.
- Support placement activities and guide trainees on industry requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum 2 years of experience in delivering training
- Functional English oral and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Robust presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct practical demonstrations and motivate learners.
- Willingness to travel, if required.
