Job Summary

- We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Developer to support the development of AI-enabled software applications and product features.
- The role involves developing, testing, and maintaining software components across the full technology stack while gaining hands-on experience with modern AI technologies.
- Working under the guidance of the Senior Programmer and Lead AI Architect / Tech Lead, the successful candidate will contribute to building scalable, secure, and high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, test, and maintain software components across backend services, APIs, databases, and frontend applications.
- Assist in implementing AI capabilities such as LLM integrations, intelligent agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), image recognition, OCR, and other AI/ML features under supervision.
- Participate in software design, debugging, troubleshooting, and enhancement of application functionality.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following established coding standards and engineering best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, automated testing, CI/CD activities, and defect resolution.
- Collaborate with the Lead AI Architect, Senior Programmers, QA engineers,



and product teams to deliver high-quality software while continuously developing technical skills.

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
- 2-3 years of software development experience or equivalent experience developing web or AI-enabled applications.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with modern full-stack technologies (e.g., React, Node.js, FastAPI, Java/Spring Boot, or similar frameworks).
- Basic understanding of AI concepts, including LLMs, AI agents, RAG, prompt engineering, or computer vision, with a willingness to learn and apply these technologies.
- Familiarity with AI frameworks and tools such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, or LlamaIndex is desirable.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Docker, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and relational or NoSQL databases.
- Good understanding of software development principles, APIs, version control, and software engineering best practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills, with a willingness to learn new technologies and contribute to a team-oriented development environment.
