Job Description:

EHS Consultant:

- Conduct Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) audits, inspections, legal compliance assessments, and risk assessments across various industries.
- Execute EHS consulting assignments, including Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment (HIRA), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), legal compliance assessments, and EHS Management System implementation.
- Develop EHS policies, standards, procedures, manuals, risk registers, and other technical documentation.
- Prepare high-quality technical reports, audit reports, proposals, and other client deliverables.
- Deliver EHS training programmes, workshops, and awareness sessions for client organizations.
- Provide technical support on Workplace, Health, Safety, Sustainability & Social (EHSS&S;) consulting projects.
- Support clients in complying with applicable statutory, regulatory, and international EHS requirements.
- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements,



conduct site visits, and recommend practical EHS solutions.
- Support Sustainability, ESG, Environmental, and Social consulting assignments, as required.
- Collaborate with internal project teams to ensure timely, high-quality project execution.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and technical excellence.
- Travel to client locations across India and overseas, as required, for project execution.
- Continuously enhance technical knowledge and stay updated with applicable legislation, industry standards, and emerging best practices.
- Added advantage: Experience in ESDD/ESGDD assignments based on the IFC Performance Standards (IFC PS) and other international sustainability frameworks.
