About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Node.js Developer with 36 years of hands-on experience in developing scalable, high-performance backend applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Node.js, REST APIs, database management, and cloud-based application development. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain robust server-side applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications using Node.js.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
- Develop microservices-based architectures for enterprise applications.
- Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following coding standards and best practices.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, DevOps, and product teams.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.
- Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth).
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers when required.
- Work with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
- Ensure application security and data protection standards are followed.
- Required Skills





- 36 years of experience in Node.js development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and asynchronous programming.
- Experience with Express.js or NestJS.
- Good understanding of REST APIs and API security.
- Experience with databases such as:
- MongoDB
- MySQL/PostgreSQL

- Knowledge of Redis or other caching mechanisms.
- Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
- Experience with Docker and containerized applications.
- Understanding of Microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred.
- Familiarity with message brokers like RabbitMQ or Kafka is an advantage.
- Solid debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred Skills

- Experience with GraphQL.
- Knowledge of WebSockets/Socket.IO for real-time applications.
- Exposure to Kubernetes and container orchestration.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Chai).
- Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
