As we scale our sales operations, we're looking for a Talent Acquisition professional who can help us identify, attract, and hire high-performing EdTech sales talent.

Role Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at LLM Axis, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, with a primary focus on hiring Sales and Business Development professionals.

We are specifically looking for someone who understands the dynamics of EdTech sales hiring and can independently source, screen and close candidates.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to candidate joining.
- Primarily hire for Business Development, Inside Sales and other revenue-focused roles.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, referrals and other relevant platforms.
- Conduct initial screening calls and evaluate candidates based on communication, sales experience, stability, compensation and role fit.




- Schedule and coordinate interviews with founders and respective hiring managers.
- Manage salary discussions, offer rollouts, documentation and joining coordination.
- Follow up actively with offered candidates to minimize offer dropouts and no-shows.
- Build and maintain an active pipeline of qualified sales candidates for upcoming requirements.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Track key recruitment metrics including sourcing volume, interviews, selections, offers and joining ratios.
- Support hiring for other business functions as the company expands.
- Contribute to employer branding and job postings across recruitment platforms and social channels.

Candidate Requirements

- 1–2 years of hands-on recruitment / Talent Acquisition experience.
- Prior experience hiring EdTech Sales / BDA / BDE / Inside Sales professionals is strongly preferred.
- Good understanding of the EdTech sales talent market.
- Strong sourcing experience using platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed and Apna.
- Ability to independently conduct initial HR and candidate screening.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good negotiation and candidate-closing abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup workplace with hiring targets.




- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets and recruitment trackers or ATS platforms.
- Candidates with an existing network of EdTech sales professionals will have an advantage.
