Job Description:

Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager

Marketing and Business Development – Jabalpur

Key Responsibilities

- Identify market trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth opportunities
- Assess new business ventures' feasibility, financial viability, and strategic fit.




- Generate revenue and meet sales targets in a designated territory
- Lead and motivate team to achieve the target.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales growth
- Engagement with clients leading towards order closing.
- Establish and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction
- Manage accounts and meet or exceed targets relating to revenue growth, activities, profit margin, a mix of products and services sales, customer retention, and acquisition.
- Collect payments and manage accounts receivable
- Utilize Office Suite skills to manage sales data, reports, and presentations

Experience & Education

- Experience: 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience
- Education: Any Graduate, BSc/MSc - Chemistry or B Pharma degree is preferred

Technical & Soft Skills

- Strong self-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet tight deadlines, and deliver results under minimal supervision.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in preparing Sales reports and presentations
