About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned AJO Consultant to join our team. This role involves leveraging your expertise in Adobe Experience Cloud products, specifically Adobe Experience Platform and Journey Optimizer, to enhance our digital marketing and campaign management efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for deploying, configuring, and optimizing Experience Platform services and Journey Optimizer features, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement and optimize Adobe Experience Platform and Journey Optimizer for digital marketing initiatives.
- Develop custom applications, workflows, and integrations using Experience Platform APIs.
- Set up source connectors and ingest data via API and UI, configure Experience Events (XDM schemas), and create custom and AI/ML-based audience segments.
- Trigger journeys and activations based on segments and profiles,



implementing journey automations, actions, and messages.
- Integrate with destinations like CRM and email for comprehensive marketing solutions.
- Utilize solid SQL skills for data querying, transformation, and cleansing.
- Develop using JavaScript for API calls and Java for extending functionality with custom connectors or applications.
- Collaborate across the organization with business and technology colleagues to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:

- 6-8 years of experience in digital marketing and campaign management.
- 2+ years of implementation experience with Adobe Experience Cloud, focusing on Adobe Experience Platform and Journey Optimizer.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, JSON, REST APIs, and SQL.
- Strong understanding of multi-channel data management, segmentation, orchestration, automation, and personalization.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently with confidence.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with CDP/Adobe campaign.
- Data engineering skills.
