We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Commis I - Western to join our team at Azaya Beach Resort. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in cooking and be able to work well under pressure.

Roles and Responsibility

- Assist the Chef de Partie in planning and preparing menus for special events and functions.

- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including starters, main courses, and desserts.

- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.

- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.

- Develop new recipes and menu ideas to enhance the culinary experience.

- Participate in inventory management and ordering supplies.

Job Requirements





- Proven experience as a Commis I - Western or similar role in a professional kitchen environment.
