- Coordination: Ability to coordinate effectively with contractors and vendors.

- Merchandising: Basic understanding of visual merchandising, stock flow, and replenishment.
- Stock Management: Monitor slow-moving and seasonal apparel items and support stock optimization.
- Inventory Control: Ensure availability of retail merchandise across all counters without any shortfall.
- Forecasting: Analyze past sales trends to anticipate future product needs and prepare daily and monthly forecasts.
- Leadership: Handle duty allocation and manpower management effectively.
