Job Description:
The candidate shall be part of the customer experience team and will be responsible primarily for responding to customer service issues in a timely manner. In addition to that, he/she will be assisting the overall escalation desk that includes regulatory complaints & social media escalations.
Roles and responsibilities:
Back-end servicing
- Manage entire query and service request bucket that is not addressed upfront (FCR) by contact cent.
- Adherence to SLA like average TAT of 90%+
- Interim response management in case of delays
- Effective stakeholder management in order to resolve cases
Grievance Management
- Resolve all regulatory complaints within prescribed TAT and with high quality standards
- Liaise with all functions to effectively resolve customer complaints
- Maintain records and prepare reports for internal and external reporting
