Role & responsibilities

Conduct Training & Workshops:

Planning, Design and deliver engaging training sessions for school

teachers, principals, sales teams, and students on Olympiads and

educational content.

Facilitate workshops (offline/online) across India in schools and partner

institutions.

Training Content Development:

Facilitate workshops (offline/online) across India in schools and partner

institutions.

Training Content Development:

Prepare training materials, presentations, manuals, and modules related to

Olympiads, publication content, and student engagement strategies.

Internal Staff Training:

Train internal sales/support teams on product knowledge, soft skills,

communication, and presentation delivery.

School & Partner Engagement:

Act as a representative of the brand in academic events, seminars, and

conferences.

Foster relationships with educators and school decision-makers to promote

company offerings.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors or master’s degree in education, Curriculum

Development, or a related field.

• Proven experience in teacher training, workshop facilitation, and

curriculum implementation.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.

• Strong organisational and project management skills.

• Flexibility to travel as required for conducting workshops.
