We are looking for a qualified, enthusiastic, and team-oriented Service Engineer who can join us at the earliest opportunity. The ideal candidate will be technically skilled, customer-focused, and willing to travel extensively to support the installation, maintenance, and servicing of Satisloh equipment.

As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining Satisloh AR coating equipment and machinery at customer sites. You will also provide technical support remotely, ensure customer satisfaction, and contribute to the company's service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer service inquiries via telephone and provide technical support for Satisloh machines.
- Install, commission, test, and maintain Satisloh AR coating equipment and machinery at customer locations.
- Train customers on the proper operation and maintenance of installed equipment.
- Use diagnostic tools and technical expertise to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve equipment issues.
- Repair defective equipment and coordinate the replacement of faulty or worn components.
- Perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and equipment drawings.
- Provide remote technical assistance when required.
- Promote the company's products and service offerings while maintaining strong customer relationships.




- Keep technical knowledge up to date through continuous learning and training.
- Prepare accurate service reports and maintain proper documentation after each service visit.

Desired Profile:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related Engineering discipline.
- Strong technical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to understand and interpret electrical drawings and circuit diagrams.
- Experience with industrial equipment, software, and hardware troubleshooting is an advantage.
- Knowledge of optics and coating technologies will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across customer locations.
- Good computer and office application skills.
- Strong teamwork, flexibility, endurance, and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, dedicated, and committed to achieving company goals.
