Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP GTS Consultant with expertise in SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) to lead and manage SAP GTS implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects. The ideal candidate should possess solid project management skills, stakeholder management capabilities, and a solid understanding of international trade compliance, customs management, and SAP GTS processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end SAP GTS projects, including implementation, rollout, migration, and enhancement initiatives.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resource planning.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
- Drive project governance, status reporting, and executive stakeholder communication.
- Facilitate requirement gathering, solution design reviews, testing, deployment, and hypercare activities.
- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and organizational standards.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans proactively.
- Monitor project deliverables and ensure adherence to quality standards and agreed SLAs.
- Support change management and user adoption initiatives.
- Collaborate with SAP GTS functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with business requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

- 7+ years of overall SAP experience with significant exposure to SAP Project Management.




- Hands-on experience managing SAP GTS projects in implementation, rollout, or support environments.
- Strong understanding of SAP GTS processes, including:
- Compliance Management
- Customs Management
- Risk Management
- Trade Preference Management
- Export and Import Processes

- Experience managing cross-functional SAP teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, risk management, and resource management.
- Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project delivery models.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- SAP GTS functional knowledge or project experience.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration projects is an added advantage.
