Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Video Editing SME/Team Lead to manage and support our video editing team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on editing expertise, proven team-handling experience, and flexibility with shift timings. This role will also involve overseeing trial projects and ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, manage,



and support the video editing team on daily deliverables
- Review edits and ensure quality standards are met
- Handle and coordinate trial projects and client test edits
- Allocate tasks, track progress, and ensure timelines are followed
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to editors
- Coordinate with project managers and clients when required
- Maintain consistency in editing style and brand guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 5+ years of qualified experience in video editing
- Proven team handling / supervisory experience
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro (FCP) (mandatory)
- Good understanding of video workflows, formats, and delivery standards
- Flexible to work in different shift timings based on project needs

Preferred / Additional Skills:

- Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects (added advantage)
- Experience with DaVinci Resolve (added advantage)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple projects
