Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced payroll qualified to manage end-to-end Indian payroll operations for multiple clients while ensuring compliance with all applicable statutory and labor regulations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in payroll processing, statutory compliance, client management, and payroll reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple client entities across India.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll execution, including salary processing, reimbursements, bonuses, incentives, arrears, and full & final settlements.
- Handle statutory compliance, including:
- Provident Fund (PF)
- Employees' State Insurance (ESIC)
- Professional Tax (PT)
- Tax Deducted at Source (TDS)
- Labour Welfare Fund (LWF)
- Gratuity and Bonus compliance

- Prepare and file statutory returns within prescribed timelines.
- Perform payroll validations, reconciliations, and statutory audits.
- Coordinate with clients to collect payroll inputs and resolve payroll-related queries.




- Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws and statutory regulations.
- Generate payroll reports, MIS, and management dashboards.
- Support internal and external payroll audits.
- Maintain payroll records while ensuring confidentiality of employee information.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and client stakeholders to ensure smooth payroll operations.
- Stay updated with changes in payroll legislation, tax laws, and statutory requirements

Preferred candidate profile

- strong knowledge of Indian Payroll processing.
- Hands-on experience in PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, and other statutory compliances.
- Experience handling payroll for multiple clients in a shared services, BPO, consulting, or payroll outsourcing environment.
- Strong understanding of Income Tax and labour law compliances.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas).
