Job Responsibilities

Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC machine electrical systems.

Diagnose and rectify electrical faults in CNC machines and control panels.

Troubleshoot CNC controllers, servo drives, spindle drives, motors, and power supply systems.

Inspect and maintain PLCs, sensors, encoders, relays, contactors, VFDs, and electrical panels.

Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and circuit schematics.

Install, commission, and calibrate CNC electrical components and control systems.

Minimize machine downtime through effective troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.

Maintain maintenance records, reports, and electrical documentation.

Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, TPM, and 5S practices.

Candidate Profile

ITI, Diploma, or BE/B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, EEE, E&I;, or related discipline.

3–5 years of hands-on experience in CNC electrical maintenance (Engineer/Sr. Engineer).

5+ years for Assistant Manager and 10+ years for Manager.

Robust knowledge of CNC controllers, PLCs, servo systems, and industrial automation.

Ability to troubleshoot electrical faults independently in a manufacturing environment.
