Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Distillation Vessel Operator for our Pigment Green 7 manufacturing plant located in Vapi, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in chemical plant operations, particularly in processes related to Pigment Green 7 production.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor distillation Vessel, ensuring efficient solvent recovery processes.
- Well versed with Solvent Recovery process
- Manage and control boiler operations, ensuring safety and compliance with industry standards.
- Handle filter press operations, including washing and maintenance
- Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues promptly to minimise downtime.
- Maintain detailed records of plant operations,



safety checks, and maintenance activities.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum of 7 years hands-on experience in a chemical manufacturing plant, specifically in Pigment Green 7 or related pigment/chemical production.
- Distillation and solvent recovery systems
- Filter press operation and washing procedures
- Boiler operation and control

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Commitment to plant safety and adherence to all environmental and regulatory guidelines.

Candidates with less than 7 years of relevant experience will not be considered.
