Role & responsibilities

Technical Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain applications using C#, ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core, Web APIs
- Build scalable and secure backend services and microservices
- Develop and optimize RESTful APIs and integrations with thirdparty systems
- Work with SQL Server / relational databases, including performance tuning and query optimization
- Implement clean, maintainable, and testable code following SOLID principles
- Collaborate with frontend teams (Angular/React/Blazor) for endtoend feature delivery
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and production support
- Ensure application security, performance, and reliability standards are met
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices (Azure DevOps, Git, Jenkins)

Kubernetes & Container Management

- Design, deploy, and manage Kubernetes clusters (productiongrade, highly available)
- Configure and maintain core Kubernetes components:
Pods, Deployments, StatefulSets, Services, Ingress, ConfigMaps, Secrets
- Perform cluster upgrades, scaling, and performance tuning
- Troubleshoot cluster, networking, and applicationlevel issues
- Implement rolling updates, canary deployments, bluegreen deployments

DevOps & Automation





- Integrate Kubernetes with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins)
- Automate deployments using Helm, Kustomize
- Support development teams with containerization best practices

Security & Compliance

- Implement Kubernetes security best practices:
- RBAC
- Pod Security Standards
- Network Policies
- Secrets management

- Integrate with security tools (Vault, external secret stores)
- Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards

Core Skills
- Robust handson expertise with Kubernetes (production environments)
- Advanced knowledge of Docker & container runtimes
- Deep understanding of Kubernetes networking and storage
- Experience with Helm charts and Kubernetes manifests (YAML)
- Proficiency in Linux system administration
- Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, or Go)
