Role Overview

We are seeking a energetic Corporate Trainer to design and deliver practical finance and accounting learning interventions for our Center of Excellence at Dehradun location. The role will strengthen learner readiness and accelerate transition into client delivery across accounting fundamentals, financial statement preparation, P2P, O2C, R2R, Excel, Tally, GST, TDS, reporting, reconciliations, technology/AI adoption, classroom training, and selective soft skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and deliver structured training on finance, accounting, financial statement preparation, and BPS processes.
- Conduct hands-on workshops on Excel, Tally, accounting entries, reconciliations, trackers, reporting, and practical case scenarios.
- Develop concise training content, case studies, simulations, practice exercises, assessments, and refresher modules.
- Evaluate learner performance through pre/post assessments, feedback, readiness checks, and structured coaching inputs.
- Partner with CoE leaders, SMEs, HR/L&D;, and business teams to identify capability gaps and align training to business needs.
- Use dashboards and training effectiveness tools to track learner progress, completion, assessment outcomes, and business impact.
- Integrate technology and AI-enabled tools for content creation,



learning delivery, automation, analytics, and improved training efficiency.

Required Skills

- Strong command of accounting, financial reporting, GST, TDS, and core finance concepts.
- Practical exposure to entries, reconciliations, P2P, O2C, R2R, MIS, and month-end close.
- Sound understanding of audit support, controls, compliance, and quality standards.
- Proven ability to deliver high-impact classroom, virtual, and hands-on trainings.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Skilled at simplifying complex concepts and driving learner engagement.
- Proficient in Advanced Excel, Tally, LMS, dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Capable of leveraging technology and AI tools to enhance content, delivery, automation, and analytics.
- Strong ability to measure training impact through assessments, feedback, and dashboards.
- Ability to translate insights into refresher modules and targeted capability interventions.

Preferred Profile

- Must have strong finance/accounting knowledge with CA / CA Inter / CMA / MBA Finance / M.Com / B.Com qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in corporate training, classroom training, accounting operations, BPS, shared services, or GCC environment.
- Ability to simplify technical concepts and make learners process-ready through practical examples, classroom facilitation, and hands-on practice.Role & responsibilities
