Role Description

We are hiring for a dynamic Senior Talent Partner Non-IT Hiring to join our Talent Acquisition team in Gurugram. The icandidate will have strong expertise in high-volume, end-to-end Non-IT recruitment, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of hiring quality talent across corporate and business functions.

Mandatory Requirements

- 5–10 years of experience in Non-IT Talent Acquisition (mandatory)
- Proven experience in high-volume/end-to-end recruitment
- Solid sourcing expertise using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals.
- Excellent communication, interviewing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a strong ownership mindset
- Candidates currently based in Delhi NCR only should apply
- Immediate joiners or candidates serving up to a 15-day notice period will be preferred

Preferred Background

Candidates with experience hiring for Sales, Marketing, Operations, HR, Finance, Customer Success, Education, Retail, FMCG, BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or other Non-IT functions will be preferred.
