Job Title: R&D; Chemist Paint Industry

Location: BAGRODA . Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh

We are looking for a talented R&D; Chemist to join our Paint Manufacturing Factory in Bhopal. The candidate will be responsible for developing and improving paint formulations, conducting laboratory trials, testing raw materials and finished products, and supporting new product development while ensuring quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and optimize paint formulations.
- Conduct laboratory testing and product trials.
- Evaluate raw materials and finished products.
- Improve product performance and cost efficiency.
- Maintain R&D; documentation and reports.
- Coordinate with Production and Quality teams for product implementation.

Requirements

- Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry.
- Experience: 4 to 5 + years in the Paint/Coatings Industry (R&D; preferred).
- Robust knowledge of Emulsion, Primer, Putty, Distemper, Texture Paints, Pigments & Resins.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
