The Role

We’re hiring an AI Transformation Lead to embed artificial intelligence across our operations. This is a hands-on role: you’ll analyze how we work, identify where AI delivers the highest return, and then actually build and deploy the solutions. You won’t just advise — you’ll ship.

What You’ll Do

- Map and analyze business processes across sales, operations, customer service, and admin to find inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
- Assess and prioritize AI use cases by ROI, feasibility, and impact, building a clear implementation roadmap.
- Design, build, and deploy AI solutions — LLM-powered workflows, automations, and integrations with our existing systems.
- Integrate AI across our core platforms: Microsoft Office / 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams), HubSpot CRM, and Zoom.
- Define success metrics and measure before/after impact to prove value.
- Train and support staff to adopt new AI-enabled workflows.
- Stay ahead of AI developments and continuously identify new opportunities.

What You’ll Bring

- Proven experience deploying real, working AI/automation solutions (portfolio or case studies required).




- Hands-on skills with LLM tools and APIs (Claude, OpenAI), prompt engineering, RAG, and AI agents.
- Workflow automation experience (n8n, Make, Zapier or similar).
- Strong working knowledge of our platforms: Microsoft Office / 365, HubSpot, and Zoom.
- Solid business analysis and process-mapping ability — you think in ROI, not just technology.
- Coding ability (Python and/or JavaScript) for custom builds and integrations.
- Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical teams.
- A bias toward shipping and measurable outcomes.

Nice to Have

- Experience in solar, energy, construction, or trades industries.
- Advanced HubSpot workflow / automation experience.
- Exposure to multi-entity or international operations.

Workweek : Monday to Friday, 8:30AM – 5:30 PM and Saturday 8:30 AM – 2:30PM
