Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented qualified to manage a dual role of Inside Sales (Spare Parts) and Service Coordination. The role involves handling spare parts inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating orders, attending customer service calls, providing first-level troubleshooting support, and coordinating field service engineers to ensure timely complaint resolution.

This is an office-based role offering excellent exposure to both sales and after-sales service operations.

Key Responsibilities

Inside Sales

- Handle spare parts inquiries from dealers and customers via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Prepare quotations and follow up for order conversion.
- Coordinate order processing and dispatch with Stores and Logistics.
- Track order status and provide timely updates to customers.
- Coordinate payment follow-ups with dealers where required.
- Generate repeat business through regular dealer follow-ups.
- Maintain sales records and CRM updates.

Service Coordination

- Handle customer service and complaint calls.
- Provide first-level troubleshooting support over phone using the companys troubleshooting application.
- Register complaints and maintain accurate service records.




- Coordinate field service engineers for site visits whenever required.
- Track complaint status until closure and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate spare parts required for service visits.
- Prepare service reports and maintain complaint analysis data.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Diploma/B.Tech (Mechanical/Electrical) will be an added advantage.
- 2–5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Customer Support, Service Coordination, Technical Support, or Sales Coordination.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong customer handling and follow-up skills.
- Basic understanding of pumps, motors, industrial equipment, or electrical products will be preferred.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Email, WhatsApp Business, and CRM software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
