Hire Reactor runs in-house technology and operations for a network of US dental practices we are not a staffing firm or outsourcing vendor. We're hiring a Regional Operations Manager to own multi-site dental operations and end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM): scheduling, insurance verification, claims, denials, AR, and coding working directly with US leadership to hit measurable financial and operational targets.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

Operations & RCM Leadership

- Run day-to-day operations across multiple US dental practices, leading Team Leads and cross-functional support staff.
- Own end-to-end RCM: insurance verification, eligibility, prior auth, claims submission, payment posting, denial management, and AR.
- Drive down AR aging and denial rates while improving collection rate and First Pass Acceptance Rate (FPAR).
- Build workforce plans, staffing models, and productivity standards across departments.

Performance & Process

- Own KPI dashboards FPAR, AR days, denial rate, collections, scheduling efficiency, case acceptance, SLA compliance.
- Standardize SOPs across business units and lead continuous-improvement / automation initiatives.
- Present performance data and recommendations directly to US executives in weekly business reviews.

Compliance & Team Development

- Ensure HIPAA compliance, audit readiness, and data privacy standards across all teams.
- Recruit, coach,



and build succession plans for operations professionals; run regular performance reviews.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- 5-12+ years in Dental Operations, Healthcare Operations, or US Revenue Cycle Management.
- Hands-on RCM expertise: claims, denials, AR, insurance verification, coding workflows.
- Proven track record managing multi-site operations and large teams (mentoring Team Leads / Ops Managers).
- Strong data-driven decision-making advanced Excel, BI/reporting tools, dashboard analysis.
- Experience presenting to and partnering directly with US-based leadership.
- Bachelor's degree (Healthcare Administration, Business, Commerce, Life Sciences, or related); MBA preferred.

NICE TO HAVE

- Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt.
- Experience with Dentrix, Open Dental, Eaglesoft, or similar dental practice management systems.
- Power BI / Tableau exposure; prior experience managing offshore teams supporting US clients.
