Job Summary

We are looking for a Medical AI Trainer to design and deliver training programs for healthcare-focused AI projects. The role involves analyzing client requirements, developing medical training content, conducting assessments, supporting production teams, and ensuring successful knowledge transfer across medical annotation projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze client instructions and identify training requirements.
- Develop and deliver training on medical concepts, AI annotation guidelines, and project tools.
- Create training materials, presentations, SOPs, and assessment modules.
- Conduct pre- and post-training assessments to measure learning effectiveness.
- Perform quality checks and identify knowledge gaps through production analysis.




- Provide production support by resolving process and tool-related queries.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to clarify project guidelines.
- Update training content based on process changes and project requirements.
- Conduct refresher training sessions and monitor team performance.
- Continuously enhance knowledge of medical AI, annotation tools, and healthcare domains.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good understanding of Anatomy, Physiology, and Medical Terminology.
- Experience in curriculum development and training delivery.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable working with technology and online learning platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing or Pharmacy.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching, training, or clinical practice.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Computer literate with good documentation skills.
- Teaching or curriculum development certification is an added advantage.
