SAP Project Manager with implementation experience on SAP ECC (Production execution, plant maintenance, security, basis (interfaces)) third party software

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager with proven expertise in delivering full lifecycle implementations, conversions, and rollouts using SAP Activate. The role requires a strategic leader who can manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality while driving cross-functional teams, ensuring governance discipline, and securing strong stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end SAP projects including S/4HANA across Discover Prepare Explore Realize Deploy Run.
- Define scope, objectives, and deliverables with business and technical teams.
- Oversee planning, resourcing, risk management, financial controls, and reporting.
- Manage governance forums and provide status updates to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with quality assurance, audit, and change control processes.
- Manage global onshore/offshore teams, vendors, and third parties.
- Lead change management, training, and adoption activities.
- Resolve issues proactively and embed lessons learned.

Qualifications & Experience





- 8+ years managing SAP projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies including SAP Activate.
- Strong Functional Knowledge: SAP ECC (Production execution, plant maintenance, security, basis (interfaces)) third party software
- Track record in multi-geography SAP delivery with cross-functional teams.
- Skilled in senior stakeholder management and executive reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Project, JIRA, and SAP Solution Manager.
- PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification preferred.

- Deep understanding of SAP, S/4HANA solutioning, migration, and conversion.
- Familiar with accelerators, templates, and governance.
- Robust leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working in dynamic, high-pressure environments.
- Agile mindset with hybrid project delivery experience.
- Commercial acumen for managing budgets and vendor contracts.

Technical Expertise

- SAP, S/4HANA implementation & conversion lifecycle.
- SAP Activate methodology and tools.
- SAP Solution Manager for governance and reporting.
- Experience across cloud and on-premises SAP landscapes.
