Roles and Responsiblities

• Attending breakdowns with quick response &

restoring machineries back in operation with minimum

downtime.

• To reduce Mean time to repair & Improve Mean time

to between failure.

• To able to Maintain the CNC & SPM Machines.

• To Perform scheduled TBM, CBM & Equipment

calibration Activities.

• To Reduction of R&M; cost through design change and

localization & Alternate source development.

• To Diagnose & trouble shoot in CNC & SPM Machines

• Co-Ordinate with production team to plan and

implement the maintenance schedules & Process

improvement.

• Ensuring the Electrical Equipment in safety standards.





• Ensuring the proper data collection to improve the

machine availability.

• To reduce the Power Consumption through Encon

Projects.

Nature of Experience:

• Hands on Experience in CNC (VMC, HMC, GRINDING,

TURNING) & SPM Machines.

• Hands on Experience in HONING, INJECTION MOLDING

& SPM Machines.

• Positive knowledge in FANUC, SIEMENS, & MITSUBISHI

System & PLC

• Hands on Experience in VFD & Other Electrical control

devices.

• Hands on Experience in Electrical control drawings,

Panel wiring.

• Hands on Experience in MTTR &MTBF; and other audit

Documents.

• Hands on Experience in machine spare maintenance.
