Mandatory Skills : BY /JDA TMS

Responsibilities:

• 5 to 10 years of experience in Supply Chain domain.

• Minimum 5+ years of experience working with Blue Yonder Transportation Management Systems as a consultant.

• Core responsibilities include playing the role of functional consultant for Blue

Yonder Transportation Management Systems solution implementations for global customers.

• To support solution design and execution using a suite of products in the Transportation Management space, while gaining exposure to latest product innovations.

• Act as a across key stakeholders, including customer teams, Solution Architects, Project Managers, Technical Consultants, and 3rd Party Consultants, to support the timely and successful delivery of the final solution.

• Should be primarily responsible for system configurations, data management and testing activities within the project lifecycle.

• Support the design, configuration, and implementation of Blue Yonder

Transportation Management software solutions.

• Translate business requirements into system configurations, master data setup,and transactional data readiness

• Lead independent design for submodules and functionalities with the

transportation solution.

• Take ownership of data activities including data collection, cleansing, validation,

migration, and reconciliation

• Perform and support solution configuration aligned to the approved design and business processes

• Execute unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT),



including defect tracking and resolution coordination

• Work closely with the Solution Architect to validate solution design through test scenarios and business use cases.

• Prepare test scripts, training materials, and process documentation for end users.

• Support deployment activities including cutover planning, go-live support, and hyper care stabilization.

• Identify gaps or issues in data, configuration, or processes and proactively escalate to Solution Architect

• Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and documentation requirements.

Skills Required:

• Industry and Product Experience

• 5 to 10 years of experience in Supply Chain domain

• Minimum 5+ years of experience working with Blue Yonder Transportation

Management Systems as a consultant or end user.

• Experience participating in end-to-end IT project implementations, with hands-on

involvement in configuration, data, and testing phases

• Exposure to other supply chain solutions such as Oracle, Manhattan, or SAP is a plus

• Experience working in consulting or implementation environments preferred.

• Strong business analysis skills, understanding of transportation processes, order

life cycle, transportation planning, execution and financials.

• Ability to prepare and deliver presentations for user, management, and executive

level audiences. Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills required.

• Proficiency with IT tools, databases and programming languages Excel, SQL,

Postman etc.

• Ability to create and execute test scenarios, scripts, and validation frameworks.

• Solid communication skills with ability to interact with functional and technical

stakeholders.
