Blue Dart is looking for an experienced Manager Accounts to drive financial governance, business case approvals, MIS reporting, legal finance coordination, and strategic financial analysis for the South Region. The role requires close collaboration with Finance, Operations, Legal, and Business teams to support decision-making while ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and manage Business Case Approvals (BCA) with financial analysis and ROI evaluation.
- Conduct cost-benefit analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, management dashboards, and financial presentations.
- Drive profitability analysis and support business decision-making.
- Coordinate legal finance matters, provisions, court documentation, and compliance.
- Ensure timely financial reporting and adherence to statutory and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Sales, Legal, and Head Office.
- Lead and mentor the team while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
