Must Have skills:

- Good Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands on experience in RPGLE, CLLE, SQLRPGLE, RPG/400 and CL/400
- Proficiency to create and use database files - PF and LF more appropriately
- Exposure to Menu & Screen Design SDA and Printer File layout RLU
- Capable of writing and analyzing RPGLE Free and Fixed format programs
- Good insight on ILE concepts - Activation groups, Modularity, Procedures and Service Programs
- Knowledge in SQL query building and DB2
- Experience in using IBM I Commands and APIs
- Ability to handle FTP and Secure FTP file transmission protocols within iSeries
- Experience in using Change Implementation tool preferably THENON
- Understanding on User hooks of IBM I product
- Good to have knowledge in Webservice (SOAP, REST) method of data communication
- Preferably positive to have experience in handling Insurance business application
- Eperience in Agile way of working
