Roles and Responsibilities :

Facilitate on-ground coordination with Gram panchayats, schools, NGOs, and local stakeholders.

Conduct field visits, beneficiary interactions, and surveys to monitor program progress.

Support government partnership initiatives including water & sanitation projects.

Assist in the implementation of plastic waste management and recycling programs.

Help track and document farmer outreach programs such as tree sapling distribution.

Aid in launching skilling programs for students and health initiatives like cataract surgeries.

Prepare reports, presentations, and data analysis using MS Office and AI-supported tools.

Ensure timely communication, documentation, and feedback sharing.

Job Requirements :





Experience in community development is preferred.

70–80% fieldwork: community visits, engagement, and follow-ups.

20–30% office work: reporting, documentation, and data analysis.

Marathi speaking and writing fluency required; working knowledge of English with qualified writing capability

Understanding of local socio-political dynamics and rural development challenges

Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and engage with diverse stakeholders.

Proficiency in MS Office tools; familiarity with AI-based documentation tools will be a plus point.
