Job Title: Sales Manager / Closing Manager Real Estate (Primary & Secondary Sales)

About the Role

We are looking for dynamic, result-oriented, and customer-focused sales professionals to join our Real Estate Sales Team. The ideal candidate should have strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to successful closure.

Candidates with experience in Real Estate, Insurance, EdTech, Banking, Financial Services, Telecom, Automobile, or other B2C sales industries are welcome to apply.

The role involves handling customers, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable property solutions, managing negotiations, and driving revenue growth through successful deal closures.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to final closure.
- Connect with potential customers, understand their investment requirements, and provide suitable property solutions.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings to convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the buying journey.

Closing & Revenue Generation

- Handle customer negotiations and ensure successful deal closures.
- Convert qualified leads into bookings through consultative selling techniques.
- Understand customer objections and provide effective solutions to accelerate closures.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth booking, documentation, and post-sales support.




- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and follow-up activities through CRM.

Client Relationship Management

- Build trust and long-term relationships with customers.
- Provide regular updates and support to customers during the purchase process.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and referral generation.

Market & Sales Activities

- Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Develop new sales opportunities through networking and customer engagement.
