About the Role

We are looking for a passionate, creative, and hardworking Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, be eager to learn new technologies, and possess a positive attitude to work in a friendly and collaborative workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) and create engaging content.
- Optimize website content using SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings.
- Run and monitor Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Create email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and prepare performance reports.
- Generate leads through various digital marketing channels.
- Coordinate with the design and content teams to create marketing materials.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
- Assist in planning online promotions, events, and branding activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Applications, or a related field.

- Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads
- Social Media Marketing (SMM)
- Content Marketing
- Email Marketing
- Google Analytics
- Canva or basic graphic design tools
- WordPress (preferred)

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of AI-powered marketing tools is an added advantage.
