Role & responsibilities

- Execute statutory audits in accordance with applicable auditing standards and regulatory requirements
- Review financial statements to ensure compliance with Companies Act, 2013, Accounting Standards (AS) / Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) ,SEBI (Listing obligation and disclosure requirement) Regulations ad applicable guidelines/circulars issued by the National Financial Reporting Authority.
- Perform audit procedures including risk assessment, testing of internal controls, and substantive testing
- Prepare and maintain audit working papers, documentation, and reports ensuring accuracy and compliance with standard.
- Identify audit observations and assist in drafting audit findings and management letters
- Monitor audit progress, timelines, and budgets to ensure timely completion of assignments
- Identify, analyze, and escalate audit findings and recommend process improvements
- Ensure timely completion of audit assignments within deadlines
- Coordinate with internal teams for data collection and clarifications




- Assist seniors in finalization of financial statements and audit reports
- Maintain client relationships and act as a point of contact during engagements
- Contribute to business development activities, including research and proposal support
- Stay updated with changes in auditing, accounting, and regulatory standards
- Proactively take initiative and contribute valuable inputs to the company newsletter.
- Actively participate in learning and quality initiatives while staying up to date with the latest developments
- Proficiency in use of Auditor desk software to streamline auditor process.

Preferred candidate profile

- CA Inter / Qualified CA / Articleship completed
- 0 4 yrs of exp
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in MS Excel and audit documentation tools
- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management
