Qualification:

University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related technical discipline

Experience:
4 to 10 years of relevant experience in software development, infrastructure engineering, enterprise application development, and technical leadership.

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Developer with 4 to 10 years of experience in designing and developing enterprise-grade software solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in C++, COM, MFC, C#, Microservices, gRPC, Python, and Embedded C++. This role involves developing scalable solutions, driving quality through automated testing frameworks, mentoring engineering teams, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver strategic technology initiatives.

Essential Skillset:

- Strong programming expertise in C++, Embedded C++ and object-oriented design principles.
- Hands-on experience with COM and MFC application development.
- Proficiency in C# based application development
- Experience designing and implementing Microservices-based architectures.
- Strong knowledge of gRPC and service-to-service communication frameworks.
- Experience with Python scripting and automation.
- Hands-on experience with testing frameworks such as GTest/GMock and NUnit.
- Familiarity on SpecFlow and Axini testing platforms.




- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), design patterns, and engineering best practices.
- Experience in technical mentoring, team leadership, and capability development.
- Strong analytical, debugging, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Job Description:

- Design, develop, and maintain software solutions using C++, Embedded C++, C#, COM, and MFC technologies.
- Develop and implement distributed systems using Microservices architecture and gRPC-based communication.
- Design, develop, and enhance infrastructure and platform components for enterprise applications
- Implement and maintain unit, integration, and system testing frameworks using GTest/GMock and NUnit.
- Create automation, tooling, and support utilities using Python.
- Utilize SpecFlow and Axini for behavior-driven testing and model-based testing activities.
- Analyze system requirements and translate them into reliable technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex application and infrastructure issues and provide effective resolutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Mentor and guide development teams on architecture, coding standards, and engineering best practices.
- Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
